Glob3x Group is a construction and development company based in Tirana. Since 2008 it has taken on, developed and executed its own projects, from design coordination to construction and handover, in Albania and abroad.

History
From Tirana to international sites.
Founded
Glob3x starts operating in Tirana as developer and building contractor of multi-storey residential and mixed-use buildings.
Sochi 2014
Glob3x Construction executes works within the construction programme of the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympics with more than 820 Albanian workers: the Olympic stadium, Sochi railway station, tourist complexes, social and cultural buildings, the auxiliary buildings of the Adler stadium and resorts in Krasnaya Polyana.
Tirana portfolio
Residential and mixed-use buildings on Ali Demi, Besa, Jordan Misja and Ramazan Bogdani streets, a hotel in Varosh, and participation in the Skopje East Gate construction programme in North Macedonia.
Reeds Towers
A mixed-use complex of two towers, 55 and 36 floors above ground and 83,576 m² gross floor area, developed and built by Glob3x Group.

Design, construction and handover are coordinated by the same company; schedule and quality are controlled directly on site.
High-rise engineering
Reeds Towers runs to 191.89 m above ground over five basement levels, with technical floors at levels 15 and 34 and a stepped crown that reduces the floor plate from 630 m² to 41 m².
Technical transparency
A complete construction design, published floor plans, a clear price per m² and the same payment plan for every buyer.
